Shipping Policy
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Please allow seven business days for your order to ship. Each order comes with a tracking number that will be emailed automatically once the order has been completed and ready to ship. Please allow twenty-four hours before the package is scanned in through USPS to track delivery. Be advised that once a package has entered the tracking phase that we no longer have control of what happens. If the order is delivered damaged, please respond to your completed invoice with a photo of the box and the damage sustained to the items.
Return Policy
All sales are final. There is a firm no return policy in place. Please review your order before submitting. If you are purchasing any book from the Off Balance series, carefully review your order before submitting. There will be no exchanges. eBooks are nonrefundable.
